By installing or using the Yozma app you agree to these terms.
The service
Yozma turns speech into text and inserts it where your cursor is. The service is in testing, and may change or stop for a while.
Account
You sign in with Google or Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your account safe. You can delete it in the app at any time.
Plans
Free: 1,000 words a week. Plus: 49,000 so’m a month, 12,000 words for 30 days. Pro: 99,000 so’m a month, 30,000 words for 30 days. Custom: size and price agreed separately. If your words run out, the Free limit applies until the period ends. Paying again adds the words at once and extends the period by 30 days. A promo code may give a plan free for a set time. Changes to a limit or price are announced on the site in advance, and the terms of a paid period do not change.
Payment and public offer
Once payment opens, these terms become a public offer under Article 369 of the Civil Code of Uzbekistan, and paying counts as accepting it. Payment is closed now. The seller’s name, tax number and address will appear here when it opens. Payment is made through Payme or Click in so’m. Nothing is charged automatically: you pay for each 30 days yourself. Each payment comes with a fiscal receipt.
Refunds
Within 7 days of paying, if fewer than 1,000 words were used in that time, the money is returned in full. If the service did not work through our fault, the refund is in proportion to the time lost. A refund cancels the time and words that payment gave. Write to the address below to ask. Your rights under the law are not limited by this.
Responsibility for text
Speech recognition can make mistakes. Check important text before sending it. Whoever uses text the app produced is responsible for it.
Not allowed
- Using the service for anything unlawful.
- Recording other people’s voices without their permission.
- Getting around the limits, trying to break the service or to extract its keys.
Ownership
What you say and write is yours. The Yozma name, the app and the website belong to Yozma.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Yozma is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time by removing the app. If these terms are broken, Yozma may suspend the account.
Law
The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply to these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above is updated. Important changes are announced on this site.
